With over 41 years of professional experience, Ar.K.Thomas is recognized as an expert in MIDC areas all over Maharashtra  (Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation). Since 1991, he has been practising with his firm K.Thomas & Associates, where his expertise has been invaluable in successfully completing numerous projects.

He specializes in a wide range of projects, including large-scale industrial design, commercial spaces, healthcare facilities, and institutional works, He has extensive experience and expertise in these areas, allowing us to deliver high-quality designs and solutions for our clients.

His passion for teaching is evident through his role as a professor (Design Chair) at Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Architecture Navi Mumbai since 1992. He has shared his knowledge and guidance with countless students throughout his career. When not working on projects or teaching, Ar.K.Thomas beign connected to social world he also enjoys travelling and further expanding his horizons.
